Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI payment, all major credit cards and debit cards are the only payment means offered currently by us. Our payments happen through RazorPay, who are our payment partners.

What is your return and refund policy?

Only product/accessories damaged during transport will be replaced subject to visual evidence and notification from the customer as soon as they receive a product.

Dhaaga.Inc does not take any responsibility for products damaged due to wear and tear or rough usage.

We do not issue a refund for damaged products, however, products lost in transit will be substituted.

Is there is delivery cost?

For all our products except offers, we have a delivery cost which is not included in the price of the accessories/products listed on our website. Shipping is done through a third party service provider and hence could take upto 7 working days. Some areas fall under non-serviceable and the consumer will be contacted in such cases to find alternative means of delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of cancellation from's end, the customer stands to receive a full refund. The transaction will be charged as 50% of the complete order if cancelled before dispatch. After the dispatch, no amount stands refundable under any circumstance.
